great amenities but room for improvement
The staff were exceptionally attentive to our needs during our stay. The location offered nice areas for walks, adding to our overall experience. I particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, which made our stay much more pleasant. The lively atmosphere of the casino was a bonus for us, providing a fun backdrop to our anniversary celebration!
The check-in process could have been quicker. it felt a bit slow at times.

The AAA discount and late checkout after a delightful spa treatment made for a pleasant experience. Dining at Rustic Kitchen was truly enjoyable, with delicious meals that everyone appreciated. However, the pool was small and uninviting, which discouraged a swim, and the Saturday night crowd made it difficult to fully enjoy the atmosphere. Also, it’s essential to book reservations for dining and spa services in advance due to the high volume of guests.

Great Location with Room for Improvement
Spent a relaxing night in a well-designed room featuring a cozy bed and an angled closet for convenience. Enjoy the short walk to the casino and check out Chris Ruth's for a delightful meal. Consider bringing snacks since no mini-fridge is available in the room.

We had an amazing time with friends! The casino was lively, and we loved the unique experience of immersive gaming and live music. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was clean and inviting. Really enjoyed the time spent by the pool too!
Breakfast at Johnny Rockets wasn't great. I got cold bacon that was definitely leftover from the day before. It was replaced quickly, but not what I expected for a nice spot like this.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided prompt service during check-in and throughout my stay. The casino atmosphere was vibrant, with various dining options available. I particularly enjoyed the clean and inviting hotel environment.
The only downside was a lack of breakfast options.

Couples seeking clean and friendly stay
Really enjoyed the casino vibe, and I had some unexpected fun playing the slots. The staff? Couldn't have been more helpful, always ready with a smile, like they actually wanted to be there.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for what you get.

I stayed for a couple of nights while visiting the nearby arena for a concert. The atmosphere in the casino was lively, and I appreciated the variety in dining options, especially the Rustic Kitchen which was a highlight. However, the check-in process was really slow and a bit frustrating. The lack of a mini fridge in the room was another downside, especially when you want to keep drinks cold after a hot day out.

Convenient indoor access to the casino.
The check-in process was a complete disaster. There was only one staff member handling guests, causing an unacceptably long wait. To add to the frustration, the room was dirty with old wrappers left on the floor and a filthy shower. I couldn’t believe the lack of food options during the week. it felt like they didn’t want guests to dine there.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21comfortable roomfriendly atmosphererude servicepoor dining
The room impressed me with cleanliness and comfort. The spacious layout felt inviting. Enjoyed the easy accessibility to the casino and restaurants, which surrounded it nicely. The ambiance in the casino was lively, and I appreciated the variety of dining options available. Unfortunately, the hot water took two hours to work upon check-in, and the staff's response felt rude. No apologies offered, just questions about whether I left the water running long enough. Lack of breakfast options, with only one restaurant opening late, was a letdown. The overall dining experience could improve, especially with more healthy choices. Other amenities, like the spa, weren’t available, which also disappointed me. The gym was quite basic, and no room service made things less convenient for relaxation. Though the location is excellent, parking could be tricky for those with mobility issues due to steps around the lot. Overall, a mixed experience, great room but unsatisfactory service and dining options.
